Oggi il treno per Bologna parte…

Read what was said

Attenzione, prego.

Fair questions

Is this the official exam?

No. civicoach is independent and not affiliated with any certifier. You practise in the format of the CILS B1 Cittadinanza, CELI, PLIDA and CERT.IT exams, with our own original questions. The booklet is ours too, not an official document.

Will it make me pass?

Nobody can promise that, and we don’t. Your scores are practice estimates, not official results. They show what to work on, and the plan puts that first.

Who writes the exercises, and how are the AI corrections checked?

We write every exercise ourselves, following each certifier’s published exam specifications. We tested the AI corrections against our own reference grades, and we say plainly what the AI cannot judge. Read our method

Do I need the B1 certificate at all?

Most people applying for citizenship by marriage or by residence do. Some are exempt, for example holders of an Italian EU long-term residence permit. Your prefecture or consulate has the final word. Who needs the B1, and who doesn’t

In which languages are things explained?

Ten at launch: Italian, English, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Albanian, Romanian, French, Urdu and Bengali. What you learn is always Italian.

How long should I study each day?

Your plan works it out from your exam date and level: about 10, 20 or 40 minutes. When you want more, “keep going” always has the next most useful thing.

Do I need to install an app?

No. It runs in the browser of the phone you already have, and on a computer.

What happens to my voice in the speaking part?

Your phone turns your answer into text where it can, so the recording stays with you. Only the text is sent to be scored.

Is the examiner a person?

No, the corrections come from AI, and every feedback screen says so.

Your booklet is waiting

Five questions, thirty seconds, no account. Your plan starts from there.
