Adults only

civicoach is built for adults preparing a language exam for citizenship and is only for people aged 18 or older.

• Before you create an account or get AI feedback, we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or older. We store only the date of that statement, not your date of birth.
• The free exercises can be tried without an account, but they too are meant for adults.
• If you are a parent or guardian and think a minor has created an account, write to support@civicoach.app: we delete it straight away, with all its data.

Why. Italian law on artificial intelligence requires parental consent for children under 14 to use AI systems (Law 132/2025, Art. 4), and our AI provider does not allow use by anyone under 18. Citizenship exams are taken by adults anyway.

Giving a false age breaks the terms of service and leads to the account being closed.
