Withdrawal and refunds

Version 2026-10-18, effective 18 October 2026.

In short

• You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, without giving a reason.
• Withdraw in one click: the "Withdraw from the contract here" button on your Account page.
• If you did not ask to start straight away, we refund everything.
• If you asked to start straight away, we refund the part not yet provided, pro rata.
• The refund goes back to the same payment method within 14 days.
• The legal guarantee of conformity always applies: if the service doesn't work as promised, you're entitled to a fix or a refund.

1. The right of withdrawal

The pass is a digital service (Art. 135-octies Italian Consumer Code). As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, that is, of payment, with no penalty and no reason needed (Articles 52 ff. of the Consumer Code).

2. If you ask to start straight away

At checkout you can choose, with a separate box that is not pre-ticked, to start using the pass straight away instead of waiting for the 14 days to end. In that case:

• you can still withdraw within 14 days;
• you pay only for the part of the service provided up to your withdrawal, in proportion to the price (Art. 57(3)), and we refund the rest;
• you lose the right of withdrawal only once the service has been fully provided (Art. 59(1)(a)).

How we calculate the part provided: in proportion to the days elapsed out of the pass's total days. Example: a 60-day pass at €29, withdrawal after 6 days: we refund €29 × 54/60 = €26.10.

If you don't choose to start straight away, the pass starts when the 14 days are over and, if you withdraw before then, we refund the full amount.

3. How to withdraw

Easiest: on your Account page press "Withdraw from the contract here", then "Confirm withdrawal" (Art. 54-bis Consumer Code). The button stays available for the whole 14 days. We immediately send you an email confirmation with the date and time of withdrawal and the refund amount.

Alternatively you can:

• email support@civicoach.app with a clear statement, for example using the form below;
• post the form to Mario Corea, Via Laura Solera Mantegazza 5, 20121 Milano (MI).

It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days run out.

4. Refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. The refund is processed through Stripe / Link, LLC, which handled the payment. Access to the pass ends when you withdraw.

5. After 14 days

After 14 days the pass can no longer be withdrawn from, but the legal guarantee of conformity remains (Articles 135-octies ff. Consumer Code): if the service is unavailable or doesn't do what we promised, write to us and we'll fix it; if that isn't possible, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. Practice scores that differ from your real exam result are not a defect: they are estimates, as clearly stated before purchase.

The pass does not renew itself: when it ends, it ends, and we charge nothing.

6. Withdrawal form
